The air conditioning worked efficiently and quietly. There is a nice beach nearby, and the location is also good as a starting point for exploring attractions in the near and further area. I highly recommend!

Beautifully renovated old house that was 500 years old. Very stylishly designed. Gorgeous bathroom. Spotlessly clean! Josip was really helpful and communicative in booking in. We met him at the end of the stay and he gave us the history of the house and lots of information on the history of Zadar like WW2. He directed us to the nearby (round the corner!) luggage storage place. Good food options nearby. Thanks so much, Josip! I’ll be back.

Great location, within walking distance to the old town. It’s not too crowded because there aren't as many people passing through as in the center, so you can relax peacefully on the balcony. Very pleasant stay — the apartment is comfortable and functional given its size, which was perfect for us since we were constantly on the move. The only downside is that there’s no kitchen, but that was totally fine for us. The host was accommodating and willing to help. All in all, we're leaving satisfied.

Tamara was very gentle and kind. The structure is located in a very good position for exploring Zadar and the Zadar costline if one has a car. The structure is 10/15 minutes far from the Zadar center depending on traffic.
