The whole place was great, has a lot or charm and is very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. It's clean, quiet and very good maintained. The staff is nice and always there to help with everything. Breakfast is nice, the coffee shop on the site as a bonus and the location is just great. Highly recommended!

It was one of the nicest places I have ever been to, considering the price. The owners made it that exceptional. And the details which mattered (like provided ear plugs and mosquito repellent). WiFi is working very well, the mattress is very soft, breakfast outstanding. The location is super central to all main attractions of the city. I could also leave my luggage, wait for my driver there and had an interesting talk with the owner of the place.

We loved this hotel, which is really modern and well looked after. The service was amazing. Ozzy has been helpful from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Location is in a quiet neighbourhood but it’s very easy to get anywhere with a grab bike or car.

It is out in a rural area well outside the city. Very peaceful and relaxing. Room was super clean and air conditioned with a large bathroom ( no a/c) and mini bar. ( Beer and cokes only) It has a small but good restaurant ( reserve meals in advance) and a lovely garden and pool. Looks out on rice fields with birds and nature all around. It is close.to a mosque and you can definitely hear the call to prayer. It added to the atmosphere for us and they turn down the loudspeaker for the 4am call to prayer!. You can borrow the bikes and ride through the working rice fields leased from the sultan. You certainly get to see authentic rural Javanese life but its not for those who want any kind of nightlife! Beer available but no wine, so bring your own if you want to relax over a glass while getting your authenticity!

The house has a beautiful garden and lots of green plants at every corner. But the best part is Ms Herni and her assistant Lina’s hospitality. They cook delicious Javanese food and gave great advice on exploring Jogya. I feel home when I am with them.
