Yet this tranquil location was close enough to several cities for restaurants and exploring.

The breakfast choice is excellent- pastries, pancakes, fresh fruit, cereals as well as the full Irish. I will also miss being greeted by Bonnie, Clyde and Bailey their beautiful labrador retrievers. With my own family living nearby I hope to return again, and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

Right next to a lake and excellent location in regards to Kilronan castle, views here are scenic - very peaceful place, Andy was very accommodating and friendly, cooked up an amazing breakfast and recommended a local taxi for our travels.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. In the morning, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast with our hosts, which turned out to be the highlight of our stay. They were incredibly kind and welcoming - truly wonderful people.

A very nice B&B for an overnight stay. Doris gave us a very warm welcome. The room was very clean and we had a large bed. The breakfast was very tasty. I can only recommend staying here :)

Amber B&B poskytuje ubytování v destinaci Ballyfarnon. Ballinafad Castle je 6,3 km odtud a Carrick-on-Shannon Golf Club 17 km. Our host was exceptional! Anything we needed was promptly provided (extension cord, floor heater). She cooked us a traditional Irish breakfast and it was delicious! The country setting was quiet, beautiful and picturesque. We genuinely enjoyed our stay at the Amber Inn.
