Good, Excellent location near the Kalapani Museum and also nearby local market. Since it was my first trip wanted a good room clean and tidy in reasonable rate. The owner was very helpful and their hospitality was good.

Mount Harriet National Park is 44 km from the bed and breakfast. Veer Savarkar International Airport is 1 km away. Owner is quite approachable. Helped with local travel as well as answered all the questions we asked. The staff is quite friendly as well.

They were very happy with the beautiful room with sea view, everything spotlessly clean, super good and tasty food. They could ask the nice couple anything and they were always helpful. They have already booked their next stay at Abhi’s on their return trip.

The harbour connecting to Havelock Island is just a km away. The nearest airport is Veer Savarkar International Airport, 5 km from The Seaview Residency. We have booked 3 rooms for 1 night while travelling from Havelock to Port Blair to our connecting flight to Europe. Mr Abdul with his team made it perfect to relax and also Mr Abdul helped us with stressy difficulty with delay flight to Chennai. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN! We had a perfect room called ,,Seaview,, very clean, there was everything what we could think of. And than in the morning, you open your eyes and you see the ocean from bed!! PERFECT! Stuff was very helpfull, polite and umderstanding. The other 2 rooms ,,dolphin,, and i dont remeber was also perfect! Its very good maintained residency, very clean, with breakfast serving just in small dining room in from of the rooms. The prices are very good and they have also dinner or lunch. At the bed and breakfast, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. This was a lovely home stay vibe and perfect for us! Just off the Main Street with restaurants, it was a quiet location. Breakfast being included was an awesome bonus. The room was cosy and had everything we could need. good shower pressure, sizeable bathroom and everything was clean. The terrace has a nice view as well. A special shout out for Anarul, the young lad who can sort out anything you want. He got us rickshaws, gave tips and suggestions, booked us a ferry, you name it. And he also does the cooking if you order lunch and dinner from the hotel! What lovely meals he prepared for us. The fish masala was the best. All the meals he prepared were homely, flavoursome and simply yum! I highly recommend this place to people who want a quiet spot to unwind at the end of their day, and do ask Anarul about anything you might have questions about.

Bathroom was clean and spacious. AC was working properly. Mosquito repellent was provided. Towels were provided for all people. Hot water shower and bucket is there. Peaceful surroundings walking distance to south point marina. Owner is very soft spoken and always willing to help. Breakfast was arranged early as we requested because we had to take morning flight.
