We loved the many amenities, the high level of cleanliness and the beautiful interior design. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us with logistics several times. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the path leading to the Taj Mahal, which made visiting very easy. Breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the Indian option. Great value for money.

Stay in Someshwar bevindt zich op 4,4 km van Sri Sankata Mochan Hanuman-tempel en 5,5 km van treinstation Varanasi Junction, en heeft kamers in Benares. Stay in Someshwar has it all: amazing quiet location, kind and generous hosts, clean rooms with all facilities. The location is superb: at the top of the stairs for the Dashashwamedh ghat and close to all of the action on the main road, which is filled with shops and restaurants. It’s only a one-minute walk to the evening aarti. Our hosts arranged a morning aarti boat ride, changed our money, provided a space heater when we were cold (it was January), and gave us plenty of recommendations. I fell ill while I was there and the brothers took me to their family doctor and I am so grateful. You’ll feel like part of the family yourself when you stay there—highly appreciated and recommended

Raghunath Haveli - A Boutique Homestay ligt op 13 minuten lopen van City Palace en 1,3 km van Jantar Mantar, Jaipur, en is voorzien van kamers met airconditioning en een eigen badkamer in Jaipur. Beautifully restored Haveli, close to the heart of Jaipur, near to Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City palace and lots of shopping nearby, very clean and well maintained, run by a lovely family.

Rose Merry Guesthouse bevindt zich in Bikaner, op 15 minuten lopen van treinstation Bikaner, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en een restaurant. Great location, very clean guest house. The food was great and Sahil and the rest of the staff were excellent. I would recommend this guesthouse if you are looking for a place to stay in Bikaner.

Two Green Park ligt in New Delhi, op 4,3 km van Lodhi Gardens, en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de stad. The property was in a calm neighborhood, very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Bani the host was also super friendly amd accommodating!

Drifters Inn - The Hidden Tribe ligt in Manāli, op 15 minuten lopen van Hidimba Devi-tempel, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en een restaurant. Very clean, great location, amazing staff.

Ashirvad Homestay Varanasi ligt in Benares, op 12 minuten lopen van Harishchandra Ghat, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een gedeelde lounge. Very good location and very clean. Staff was super nice and very helpful. Our train was canceled in the middle of the night and he helped us find a driver last minute to take us to Agra. Breakfast was amazing. We were very happy with our stay.

The property is in a great location just above the old town and near the centre. It has lovely clean spacious rooms with patio and the breakfasts are great value.

Crescent Moon Homestay ligt in Rishikesh, op 35 km van Mansa Devi-tempel, en biedt een terras, rookvrije kamers, en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Some words about Crescent Moon Homestay: Hotel staff: Pooja with her cute tiny baby were the only sunshine in this overcrowded chaotic Rishikesh, which I didn’t like at all. Just not my vibe, not my city. I prefer more wild nature with no people around. Pooja helped me to deal with taxi, bus and tuk-tuk drivers, who were trying to rip me off all the time. She also ordered dinner from local café and food was delivered to my room. Location: Hotel is hidden up in the hill, among other hotels and houses. So, it is a difficult to find without Pooja’s help first time, then you will get used to find it by yourself after a day or two. Gang river, Laxman Jhoula bridge (closed for reconstruction), temples, ghats, shops and cafes are within 5-10 minutes of walking distance. Tapovan district of Rishikesh is available by one-minute crossing the river by boat from the boat station near the Laxman Jhoula bridge. Room: I was glad to see clean, big and nice room with comfy bed and towel. Ceiling fan helped with air circulation as room was hot during daytime. Quality of the furniture in my room was very good. Bathroom was clean with liquid soap at the sink. Keep in mind that there is no toilet paper or shampoo in the bathroom. Note: Everyone who was wondering where was the canalization drain hole for shower water to leak in the bathroom – I found it behind sink in my room #4 ;o))) on day #3 of my stay. I was also wondering where was the drain after taking shower and turning bathroom into “swimming pool”. There is a shared kitchen with fridge, propane gas stove, toaster, filtered water and tap with sink. There is a rooftop with city and mountain view. Wi-Fi internet worked very well in my room. Overall, Crescent Moon Homestay is a nice place if you don’t like crowd and noise like me.
