This place was great and definitely the cheapest one we had during our 12-day trip in Iceland. It was clean , spacious ,nicely decorated with a view to the lake. Location was very convenient near the golden circle sightseeing. The owners gave us a full bar of Icelandic chocolate as a welcoming gift. Very generous of them. We really hope you keep the price low and the rooms clean and neat in the future!

This family-run property is 400 metres off Route 1 and 15 km from Selfoss. It offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace. Homemade bread, jam and pastries are served for breakfast. We had a great stay at the guesthouse on top of the hill. The location is great next to the cross roads of Golden Circle and the road to south coast. The facilities were in really great shape and the rooms were comfy and clean.

Easy check-in, quick wapp response to question. Very new building, so everything still nice and new. Room was of a good size, everything was very clean. Comfortable beds, great shower. Room has outside door which leads onto a patio. Nice views outside of the mountains and also some horses nearby. Very big and clean shared kitchen area, that also includes a sitting area with couches. Great location, very near Gullfoss waterfall. We did not use the kitchen for dinner, only for breakfast, and it had everything we needed. We were the only guests which made for a lovely quiet stay.

I’d recommend this stay for everyone but especially for groups or families since it is a whole house. The kitchen’s equipment was excellent and the bed was really comfortable. It was better than I thought it would be! Definitely will come back for this one!

Comfy, very clean and very spacious shared areas. Good value for money. I slept like an baboon in a jungle! We even saw the northern lights!! Would highly recommend!

These modern, self-catering apartments are located in the village of Hveragerdi, 45 km from Reykjavík. Each offers free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen and access to a shared, furnished garden terrace.... Great kitchen, comfortable beds, cozy living area. Everything you may need during your stay was available. Definitely recommend ❤️

Location was beautiful and quiet, perfect for my first night in Iceland after a long flight. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in while traveling. Beautifully decorated, felt like home. The massive outdoor garden porch space was covered, protected from elements, thought I was lucky with sunny weather. I wish I could have spent more time in this area. Kitchen was more than fully stocked, plenty of space and very clean. Wonderful hosts.

Set in Fludir, in a building dating from 1993, Skyggnir Bed and Breakfast offers a garden and guestrooms with free WiFi. Featuring a shared lounge, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The kitchen was clean and it was easy to find all that we needed to use. The host was helpful and informative. The location was convenient to our travels throughout Iceland's great sights.
