Lovely little room that gave us a perfect view of the northern lights in the evening. We were also very excited to greet the floofy dog on the property when we went over for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was very good, and I was very excited they had a waffle maker!

Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast buffet and BBQ equipment at Hlid B&B. A laundry room is also available. Staff arranges Icelandic horseback riding tours in the surroundings. We thoroughly loved the amazing view of the lava fields, which are just behind the property’s rooms. The pantry, just next to our room, is open 24 hours, which is very convenient, as coffee and tea is available. Breakfast was provided and the selection was not too bad. The room is cozy and relaxing and parking is just right in front of our room. The lady at the reception was very polite and explained to us in detail regarding our check in and the pantry’s location. Such nice service!
