I could say this is the best property that we stay during our 1 month trip in the EU. The host welcome us with bottle of wine and room with a view, there is coffee machine in the room too. This is just so Italian. We love it so much! Highly recommended!

Heating was very good and hot water was always available, with no issues at all. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable. Furthemore, coffee machine with coffee capsules and an electric kettle with excellent tea were provided. The location is excellent, close to many points of interest, three metro stations (serving two different lines), as well as the main train station. Supermarkets, cafés, and highly rated restaurants are all within very short walking distance. Gemma was very helpful and kind — thank you for everything, Gemma!!

La camera ha tutto quello che può servire. Letto comodissimo. Staff gentilissimo. Un particolare ringraziamento a Margherita ma soprattutto a Francesco, che è stato sempre gentilissimo e presente per ogni nostro ritardo o imprevisto. The apartment was very clean, cozy and I would say even fancy. However, price was not high compare with other hotels. Beautiful bathroom, nice view from the room to small local street, which makes you feel as you are in the middle of Italians daily life.All needed facilities were there. We had to stay in the room all day, as we came from the hospital and my son told me that he felt as at home♥️So strongly recommend this hotel and it doesn’t matter if you are in Rome for business, holiday or just driving through. In this hotel you will find real soul of Italy.
