It was easy to find the location and we have got clear instructions from the host about self check-in because we uave arrived late in the evening. There is also opportu ity to park your car in a private parking lot. It has an additional fee but it worths every penny around here if you can get such a parking opportunity. No stress fro finding a free parking lot and figuring out for how long you can leave your car there and how much that would cost etc... Communication with the host was suoer easy and smooth. We even met him when we left and he is a very cool, kind and hospital guy. We can highly recommend this room for any couple if you plan to stay in La Spezia.

With free private parking, the property is 2.1 km from Technical Naval Museum and 1.9 km from Amedeo Lia Museum. The guest house has family rooms. Our room was very comfortable and very clean, well-equipped with all the necessities. The staff is very kind and hospitable. The train station is also easily accessible from the location; the bus station is on the same street, and you can reach the central train station within 20 minutes. The whole place is very well arranged and renewed. Good value for its price. Highly recommended!

I stayed there for four nights in April and was very happy to have chosen it. The location was excellent, close to the train station and very walkable. Loved that the balcony overlooked the street lined with the most fragrant orange trees, perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine, As a solo traveler I felt very safe walking in the area, close enough to restaurants and the ferry to be within easy walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean , modern and very comfortable, lots of towels and lovely bath and hair products. Stefi made several suggestions about places to visit, I would have missed some lovely towns had she not suggested them. I would defiantly stay there again. Thank you Stefi for the lovely stay, sorry you had to come to look at the the not broken coffee maker.

This guest house is 35 km from Mare Monti Shopping centre. Very near the train station. Clean and seems new. There’s an elevator too

The family unit was ample sized for 4 adults. Very responsive owner. Two refrigerators! Very nice unit.
