Everything is well taken care of and very comfortable! We loved how welcoming the owner is and how he went out of his way to make us feel welcome! The breakfast was fantastic and well prepared and presented. The location is only a 15 - 20 minute drive from multiple parking lots just outside of Venice, so the location is perfect!

The breakfasts were fantastic, with croissants, toast with cheese, yogurts, fresh cut up fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, and more. The host was most welcoming and informative. Also, a Gelateria within 2 blks. The best feature was the BUS A53, which was a block away on the main road, every 15 min., to take us to VENICE. No hassle, driving or parking to get to Venice! Bus drops you at main station, close to ticket booth for the Vaporetto and waiting area for the boats. It was a joy to show my partner Venice by Vaporetto, the length of the Grand Canal and also the Lido. Beautiful B&B in country, with beautiful quiet nature all around. Highly recommend this location for Padova and Venice.

What not to like! Luka the host is such a nice person and he showed his hospitality straight away from my arrival. He gave me a quick tour and we had a nice exchange. Everything is well thought simple and of a good quality! The mattress is really good and linens too! Everything smells clean. It’s quiet and I had a really good sleep - thank you! The accommodation is located on a dead end so it’s quiet and it feels safe especially for parking (I am on a motorcycle trip). On a walking distance there is plenty of shops for food drinks etc and also a beautiful river. The breakfast was simple - too simple for my taste :) but made with love from the host’ mother. But never the less it was good for starting the day. If I ever found my self near by I will for sure rebook the room. I spent one night as I’m on the move but it’s a place I could easily imagine spending more days to explore the area. The host stays in the same property and it looks they take good care of everything.

Everything was absolutely WONDERFUL. If there was a higher rating then 10, I would certainly give it to this property. The location of the house is absolutely ideal along the river near the very charming little town of Dolo. I am almost afraid to praise the property too highly, for fear that too many people will discover the charm of the place and spoil the atmosphere that it now has. The rooms and baths were very nicely appointed and comfortable and exactly as described and pictured. Our hosts were the most lovely and hospitable husband and wife that one could imagine. Monica and Gianluca are truly wonderful and I can not thank them enough for their gracious hospitality and allowing us to share their beautiful home. I hope that someday I may have the pleasure of again staying at this lovely home. THANK YOU for everything.

The renovation is recent and joins a very modern design with the original elements of the building, which is historical. Staff very attentive: we forgot something in the room and they called us the following day to inform us.
