Very personal experience and stay starting from when reservation is made ; had multiple correspondence prior to arrival that the host and owner explained about their unique setup. Just look at the elevator than just was put in place in 2024 ; very secure , code entry everywhere. Safe to walk around bare the area in darkness and this was in the low season in late February 2024 We had a wonderful experience; every morning, my wife and I sat down at the rooftop for breakfast like a B&B and wonderful conversations with our host and owner; 3-4 guest only on the rooftop overlooking the center of town ; convenient to visit the main areas of central Palermo.
