There is selection of cold drinks you can buy as well. You can get a yukata and some travel items for free (ear plugs, razors etc). Room was clean and comfortable. Very nice coffee and fresh bread in the morning. I used private bath and it was a very nice experience. If you are traveling with child you will feel comfortable here as well. I would highly recommend this place to other travelers.

It was my first time in Kusatsu and I am really happy that I chose the Buna Hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean. I love its modern side while still keeping a very traditional Japanese atmosphere. The place is beautiful, very quiet, and the welcome was so polite. I will recommend this hotel to my friends in France, and I truly hope to come back to Kusatsu one day. Arigatō gozaimasu! 🙏✨

His English is really good and his sense of humour even better. His knowledge of the area and itinerary suggestions worked very well for us. We’d highly recommend the local izakaya 800m from his place.
