Lovely hospitality, and they had everything you need for a comfortable stay - kitchenware, clean bathrooms and cosy beds. They provide towels and bedsheets too :-) I had the most moving conversations over the dinner table with travellers from around the world. Guesthouse toco is the kind of place to attract that crowd - open and warm explorers with stories to trade over konbini dinner and green tea.

I loved how clean and well equipped it is! The bathtub is amazing as well. Very rare to find in Japan. After hiking all day, I could take a long hot bath and just allow myself to fully rest. It was wonderful! Their shop next door was a great addition and convenience. I’m obsessed with the passion fruit cider they had there!!!
