Before booking this apartment, there were only a few reviews, so I hesitated at first. However, it turned out to be a hidden gem. - Host: Hadija is kind, responsible, and very attentive. She is always just a call or message away and responds quickly. - Security: Although the apartment is near the CBD, there are two security guards on duty 24/7, which made me feel safe, especially when arriving early in the morning. - Room & facilities: Very clean and well maintained. Clean bathroom with hot shower, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable working desk, and reliable Wi-Fi. Hadija also helped arrange laundry at a reasonable price. - Location: Located in the CBD and within walking distance to the city center. About a 10–15 minute walk to major long-distance bus terminals to Ethiopia and Tanzania. Overall, this apartment offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it.

The compound and neighborhood are very safe, with the UN complex, American Embassy, Indian Embassy, and many others within walking distance. The house is clean, well-maintained, and the host is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place for both business travelers and solo visitors.

Just wrapped up my stay at United House Nairobi and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The location in the Gigiri diplomatic area felt incredibly safe, and the property itself is a lovely, peaceful villa surrounded by greenery – a real oasis. It was clear the place was recently renovated; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. My room was very comfortable, clean, and practical with a desk and a private bathroom (complete with slippers!). The free WiFi worked well. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary coffee, tea, and water available anytime, and the variety of board games for downtime. The breakfast was fantastic each morning – loved having options like pancakes, fruit, and a Full English. Beyond the great facilities, what really stood out was the welcoming atmosphere. They truly aim to create a 'home away from home' feel, and I felt very comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend United House for anyone visiting Nairobi, whether for tourism or business.
