The menu was decided and confirmed in advance, and it was all fresh and delicious. Before our arrival, Sari, the owner, helped me with my organisational requests. With timely communication, she organised transfers, local guides, and activities in the area (Crescent Island and Hell's Gate). After spending four days in Masaai Mara, we greatly appreciated the laundry service they provided. Sari and her staff organised everything so that we could make the most of our two days in Naivasha. The host was very welcoming, something that made me believe that I was in the right place. The place is very very secure. I did not have to worry about the security of my car. About cleanliness, I would award the place an A* I highly recommend the place to any traveler who values comfort, cleanliness and security, among others.
