The owner couple was incredibly friendly, spoke English well, and provided excellent tips on attractions and transportation. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious traditional Korean dishes, thoughtfully prepared. The house itself was charming, and though our room was small, it was clean and comfortable. The location was also ideal, just off the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of the city’s key attractions. Highly recommended for an authentic and convenient stay in Gyeongju!

The traditional architecture created such a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. The courtyard was especially beautiful at night, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. The host was the sweetest and most thoughtful host. She came to meet us before showing us to the Hanok and even helped us with our bags. She also helped us book a taxi when leaving and made us a lovely breakfast each morning. We were in the front room and had a cute view of the front courtyard from our room. The bed was so comfortable and other guest staying in the Hanok were very quiet. So many cute cafes and plenty of good food and restaurants around within walking distance.
