We had the most amazing stay with Suman in Sigiriya, Sri Lanka. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us like family; so kind, caring, and always ready to help. There are only two cabanas, so book quickly: they’re cozy, spotless, and feel just like home. The views from the cabanas are incredible: you can see both Pidurangala and Lion Rock, and Suman even showed us a hidden path to a secret viewpoint. The garden is beautiful, with wild peacocks roaming freely, and watching the sunrise or sunset from there is magical. Suman goes above and beyond:he drove us around, helped with shopping souvenirs, told us stories, and made sure we had everything we needed. His wife’s food is absolutely delicious, and you must try breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by her—it’s homemade. Staying here isn’t just about accommodation—it’s about feeling cared for, like part of Suman’s family. This experience was truly unique, unforgettable and a place i hope to come back. In the mornings you wake up surrounded by nature, with the songs of birds all around. The family is a lovely couple with two adorable little daughters who brought us fresh flowers from the garden every day. The husband and wife are warm, simple, and genuine – something rare to find nowadays. Staying with them reminded us how happiness really comes from enjoying the little things. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Amazing location in the middle of the forest. The sounds of nature are just out of this world and you can spot all kinds of animals from your bungalow. Can be intimidating for a person traveling alone but also very very fascinating. Loved the breakfast and the kindness of all staff members. I miss the peace already!

Nádherné ubytování! Vše čisté a lepší než v nějakém hotelu. Snídaně byly pravé srílanské a dobré. Majitelé jsou velmi milý. Majitel nás odvezl i tuk tukem k hoře na východ slunce. Moc doporučujeme.

Chathuri and her sister have done an incredible job to create and idyllic and restful cottage. Located a short walk down a small side road, the quaint cottages are away from the hustle and bustle of central Sigiriya and allows you to take in the sounds of nature. Chathuri and her sister’s breakfast was sensational and a very nice introduction to Sri Lankan cuisine for us. Chathuri’s husband Gayan was ready and waiting to pick us up from Habarana train station and we were also able to arrange a safari with Gayan which was sensational! I would recommend this place to all couples and solo travellers as a beautiful place to stay in Sigiriya and Sri Lanka.

The personnel was really hospital and made us feel so nice! The yard was amazing in front of the hotel where we had our breakfast

Trosku dal od centra, klidna lokalita Velmi příjemný personál. V ubytování jsou 3 pokoje, v našem termínu jsme tam byly pouze my. Snídaně v pořádku. Da se platit pouze v hotovosti.

Menara Green Inn se nachází v Dambulle a poskytuje zahradu, bezplatné Wi-Fi, pokojovou službu a nepřetržitě otevřenou recepci. Sigiriya skála se nachází 20 km odtud. The host family is incredible warm and kind. The breakfast was absolutly delicious and a huge portion, at night we got yummy free juice. Our host even drove us around and made sure, that the tour we booked beforehand online had a driver he trusted. (If you want to do a tour too, better contanct him directly for a trustworthy driver!). The outside area is decorated very cozy, epecially at night. Really felt like a second home. It was so great, that we were sad to leave!
