The rooms are well equipped with soundproofing materials and totally blocked the sounds from the Malecon strip. I am a light sleeper but slept restfully each night. The owner made himself available to answer any questions we had and was super friendly. The owner turned his grandparents old villa into this accommodation and you can see the passion he has for his work and his family. If we find ourselves back in Puerto Vallarta - we will be staying here again 100%

This was the perfect place to stay for a week in PV - the owner was extremely friendly and helpful & the location was ideal for my trip (access to the beach, near the scuba diving shop, and lots of food options).

Studios also have a kitchen. Everything about this place is special, the staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating any requests you may have. The grounds are gorgeous and immaculately well kept, the pool is perfect temperature and the breakfast is outstanding aswell!. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here
