L’établissement The Opposite Place se situe à Malacca, à respectivement 1 km et 1 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Tour Menara Taming Sari et Porte de Santiago. This place was a true haven in the most amazing location - close to the tourist hub, but in a calm and quiet place where you can't hear any of the noise. We could sit out in our balcony/bathroom area and watch sunbirds flying about in the flowers and peer down into the laneways behind. Our room was beautifully decorated with amazing vintage movie posters. Our host Winnie was kind, generous and responsive to messages. We loved entering the building through the plants, walking through the gorgeous cafe and up the stairs to our room. A perfect little romantic getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights here and hope to come back.

Easy walking distance to everything you'll want to visit in Melaka, yet outside the insanity of the historic center. Lovely accommodations. Gracious hosts that know how to perfectly balance privacy with an amazing experience of the harmony and hospitality that is Malaysia. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Melaka... Don't miss this special place!

Very clean, friendly owner, no one is disturb even it’s an apartment / shop lot (homestay) room. The homestay rooms looks like hotel. Feel very comfortable. Shop facilities also very nearest. Sure will comeback again if we managed to come to the same place for any purpose. Me and my husband two person only staying there, if anyones wanna stay there with family, I can recommend this homestay, reasonable price too. Got 15kg new model washing machine too. Nice place for family gatherings too. I can give 5stars for all the service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

L’établissement The Pillohouzzze se situe à Malacca, à 200 mètres de ce lieu d’intérêt : Baba & Nyonya Heritage Museum. We stayed at this homestay for 3 nights and it is run by Maria and her husband. Maria is super kind , nice and friendly and helped us in every way she could. She gave us many good advice like where to exchange money with best rate. The room is spotlessly clean, even for the public area, kitchen, washroom, etc, are all tidy. The main advantage of the homestay is it’s close to the red square(3 min walk). You even can come back to take a nap and have a shower in hot afternoon.

We loved our stay at Old Town Guest House.We were made to feel very welcome by our lovely hosts who were welcoming, friendly, helpful and just so kind. The whole house was spotless and our room was very comfortable- we slept extremely well. We enjoyed our breakfast each day and the homemade banana cake was a real treat. The house is perfectly located to visit Melaka- we walked everywhere!

I like that it is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with a nearby commercial centre. Rooms and space are big enough to fit one big family at the given price. Not to mention wifi and smart TV are welcoming bonuses. Host is also very helpful and responsive on Whatsapp.
