We spent unfortunately only one night on our way to Amsterdam but could've spent more days cycling/walking around Thesinge and Groningen which is only 5 km away.

Breakfast was very yummy, everything what you need and if you have some special need for your breakfast it’s not problem at all. In kitchen is everything, even aluminium foil or paper towels or plastic cups/plates for children. And the bed? Was everything what you need inside.

Close to Groningen and yet in the countryside. A nice place to stay. Ideal if you want to visit Groningen or simply bike around and visit the villages along the Eem. You can park your car inside the property. It is very calm and private. Check in and check out very convenient. Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was superb.

Anita our host welcomed us to this cozy loft in the middle of Winsum. Beautifully built on top of one of the best bakeries in the region. Out of which they serve a perfect breakfast! Amazing croissants, freshly baked, couldn’t be better.
