Make sure you have breakfast included because it's a must!

Host Marielle was lovely and welcoming. The very clean room was roomy with a king size comfortable bed and a big bathroom with walk in shower. Very quiet location. Breakfast was great with different choices of breads, yoghurt, muesli, eggs, toppings and fruit. The mall bar fridge in the hall outside the room was a bonus to keep some of our own stuff cold. Definitely recommend.

Top notch with everything so well done. Roomy and spacious, with high ceilings and light flooded rooms gave the little apartment a super high end feel. Lovingly well thought out details throughout the flat -no shortcuts. We loved the adjustable bed, walk in closet, furnishings and Leony’s touches throughout. The breakfast absolutely amazing…fresh squeezed orange Joyce, local breads and cheeses, … Ontbijt bin De Boerenmeid is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. We , when in the Netherlands, only live some 60 kilometers away, though decided after a music festival to take it easy and stay overnight. We will return. Great host and hostess. The historic city centre of Hoorn is a 4-minute walk away. There are 2 small beaches 600 metres away. Schiphol Airport is 42 km away from El Puerto Bed and Breakfast. Such a good place to stay. The location is great. The room had windows to two sides with views of the harbour. It was comfortable and immaculately clean - and great shower and spa bath. Coffee and tea making facilities. The owner was friendly and couldn't have done more to make us welcome. As for the breakfast - served in your room and amazing. Everything good quality and tailored to your requests. A perfect stay. One thing to note - the stairs are steep and narrow - would be difficult for anyone with mobility problems.

The host was lovely and spoke very good English. Her husband was very poorly but she still made me breakfast at 7am. So kind. It’s a beautiful place.
