It’s a beautiful Victoria building with lots of care and maintenance. The location is great and connects to the city centre. Love the breakfast and tranquility of the neighborhood!

Offering free Wi-Fi, and a guest lounge with a fireplace, Drifters Inn just 80 metres from the famous Hanmer Springs Thermal Reserve. It offers rooms with flat-screen satellite TV. Best location possible, in the middle of town, opposite the hot springs. Close to all the shops and restaurants. You won't find a better location than this. Also, the common area is a great plus. It provides opportunities to both sit back and relax on your own, or meet with other travellers of you wish.

This motel was one of the nicest motels we have stayed at. The view was amazing and the easy chairs very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Sarah and Shane are a lovely, friendly, caring couple who have created a wonderful home away from home for guests. So much care and thought has been put into making sure guests have everything they need. The apartment is fully self contained, beautifully decorated, and comfortably furnished. The location is lovely, a short walk to the beach and a great restaurant a 2 minute walk across the road. The breakfast was spectacular and beautifully presented. WiFi was great too.

It was the perfect, cosy accommodation to hunker down in on a rainy day. It was private and quiet and had every thing you’d need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend if you’re passing through Hokitika.

It had everything we needed for an extended stay, and the hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Included a beautiful sounding tui in the garden, which was an added bonus.
