The garden is lovely and professionally taken care of. We've even seen a hummingbird there. Flatrate tea helps a lot against altitude sickness. The hotel has a wide range of reliable excursions to offer.

Hosteria de Anita is a lively family-run guest house in the artistic San Blass District, central Cuzco. Rooms are nice - clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good. The location of the hotel is great - just a quick walk to the main square, but on a quiet street.

In Cusco´s San Blas art district, Amaru Inca is set in a colonial house with internal patio and garden, featuring scenic views. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was very well situated close to centre but not in the noisy area. It had a historical quaintness and charm about it. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They were available 24 hrs and there to help with early starts . They spoke good English and were always happy. The rooms and general area were kept spotlessly clean with coca tea and coffee available 24 hrs a day. Breakfast was served from early and delicious with lots of fresh variety. There was help available to organize tours and taxis as necessary. Over all I couldn't fault anything and would highly recommend staying here.

Offering a shared lounge and city view, Yanuy Culinary Stay and Taste is set in Cusco, 2.7 km from Wanchaq Train station and 600 metres from San Pedro Train Station. We loved Michael! The atmosphere he creates is like home away from home. It's so nice to come down to breakfast and join random conversations with other guests and Michael. The setting just encourages you to communicate with other guests, and we loved it. Once Michael even hosted a dinner for us, and we were lucky to try his mother's cooking (really good!). Also, Michel makes a great breakfast.

Mäevaatega Refugio de Mery Lucmabamba pakub aia ja terrassiga majutust umbes 19 km kaugusel Machu Picchu ajaloolisest varjupaigast. Manuel Chavez Balloni muuseum jääb 19 km kaugusele. The food here is amazing! Breakfast is probably the best we've had in the whole of South America. We also were able to buy sandwiches for lunch the next day. The owners are so friendly and lovely. Just a great place to stay after a long day of walking. Very comfortable room, lovely areas to relax. Highly recommend.
