Mario greeted us at the port and walked us to his home. Excellent location close to the center where lunch is served daily. Mario made us nice breakfast and dinner daily. Great location to walk and enjoy the scenery.

Beautiful guesthouse, simple but made with love, with a lovely cafe & garden (something that is rare in Puno), quiet but a short walk into the main square. I stayed in the Queen Room, the bed was very comfortable & warm, plenty of hot water with good pressure. The host is very lovely & accommodating. I forgot something in the room when I’m already on the way to Bolivia and she went the extra mile to help me get it back.

He also kept our bags while we were on Amantani and brought them directly to us in the center when we returned...And finallyl Breakfast from Jessica is to die for...best fruits and pancakes I've (ever?) eaten! Thank you both for your kindness!

From sharing English phrases for Quechua with Ernesto to drinking local tea, watching the sunsets, to hiking the local trails, I can not recommend enough.
