The atmosphere of the very beautifully restored house and the friendliness of the hostes’. The breakfast was very delicious, too. We loved visiting Vadstena town, the castle, the monestary, Lake Täkern and Omberg.

STF Huskvarna Hostel & Hotel is 6 km from central Jönköping and 5 minutes’ walk from the sandy Vätter Beach on Lake Vättern. It offers free WiFi, a communal kitchen and rooms with a TV. I feel at home in this hotel, I miss it when I am not here. A place full of history. The breakfast was excellent, but I missed a bread toaster and the smell of newly baked bread. Beautiful hotel, excelent people, very kind. Its a hotel where you feel at home, and don't want to leave. Its worth every cent, every Swedish crown. Thank you guys for your kindness if you read this. I will be back, I promise.

There was space in the shared fridge. The room was clean and comfortable. The common rooms were very nice! The garden was lovely! The sisters friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was wonderful. And all of the historic sites as well as the city center were in easy walking distance. This is the perfect place to stay if you're wanting to experience the local history and culture.
