Khon (I hope I spelled that right), who is the manager and host of the hotel was exceptionally hospitable through our entire stay and more importantly even after our stay! He helped us out with motorbike renting after we left the hotel. The facilities where all excellent; super clean rooms and sheets. The bathroom had a tub and a big rain shower as well. All aspects of the hotel were just perfect and we really thank Khon from the bottom of our hearts for all the effort and energy he puts in to his customers and hotel! Thank you from Lotte and Sjors

I had a room with a fan and a shared bathroom/shower. The facilities were very clean, the room was tidy and had all the basic stuff you need. The area is safe and beautiful, there's a 7/11 right there and also a couple of local restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. From the room with AC, fresh drinking water, beautiful greenery on the courtyard to hospitable owner. In the kitchen you can have some eggs, toast and jam + tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. Also, you can use the washing machine, just paying 10 baht for the detergent. Guesthouse is located in a bit of distance from the center of action, but nice walkable distance. We enjoyed walking and discovering the city.

The guesthouse is always clean, neat, and comfortable. The location is convenient since it’s walking distance to many attractions and services like pharmacy, cafes, and night markets. We also had no safety issues. Breakfast is always delicious. Aside from those mentioned, the best thing about this guesthouse is that it feels like home. The staff and the owner are so kind, warm, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early because the room was already available and even let us eat breakfast. When we had to leave earlier than breakfast time because of a tour, they even offered to pack us some mango sticky rice. When came back to get our stored luggage, they even said we can shower in the shared bathroom even when we have already checked out. They made us feel like part of a family and genuinely cared about giving us the best stay. Thank you for such an incredible stay!

This is my third visit - and It's just the best place to stay in Bangkok for the money you pay. You get a lovely room, superb breakfast ... and the area, although not in the centre of the city - is really interesting to explore and is right by the river - for those fantastic public ferries. Highly recommended. If you're coming from Don Meuang Airport ... just take the dark red line from the Airport to Ban Sue (last stop - 20 Baht), and transfer (short walk) to the Blue line - 6 stops to Bang Yi Khan (30 Baht), walk out of Exit 4 and take a taxi (around 50 Baht on the meter) to the Hotel.

Personnage authentique le jeune Mr. Khun Tho le propriétaire qui est suivi par son nain hounddog veille avec bienveillance et délicatesse individuellement sur chacun de ses clients. Une trouvaille rare comme son petit hotel qui se caractérise plutôt comme une chambre d’hôtes. Sa marmelade de citron est fait personnellement par lui zt cueillis de son verger à l’ est de Bkk. Je reviendrai. Et à ne pas oublier son assistante Timmy fidèle au poste. On sent qu’ils sont là par passion et pas pour des raisons économiques. Krop kun kha. Rosana
