The staff were friendly and helpful as well. We stayed in a room with a cave-like atmosphere. It was incredible. My family loved it and would like to come back there again. Last but not least, they provided us with a delicious Turkish breakfast in the restaurant facing the Cavusin cave houses.

On arrival it gave off a very home like feeling. It feels like you came home from a vacation. We were greeted by Gurkan once we arrived. He kindly took our luggage and helped us check into our room. Very welcoming and kind. I’d recommend this place if you’re going to Cappadocia for vacation. 10/10

If you’re considering booking this hotel, do it. I only have positive things to say about my stay. As someone that has been traveling the world for the past two months and plans to keep going for another two, I know that Cappadocia will have a special place in my heart primarily because my experience and recommendations curated by Mak’s Cave Hotel. From the amazing freshly homemade breakfast every morning in the hotel’s top floor dining room, the stunning views of hot air balloons at sunrise from the hotel’s well decorated roof deck, the 5-star service helping coordinate reservations for excursions, restaurants and transportation make it beyond easy for me to highly recommend this hotel to friends, family and to anyone considering whether to stay here. I made friends here and got to know the owners and staff. I am giving two thumbs up!

Amazing property with some of the best views in the area. It is closer to where the balloons are flying compared to other properties that are more far away. It is a family owned business and they all treat you as part of the family. They have a very cute dog called Bella. I did not feel like I was living in a hotel, but more like I was at home. These days it was snowing in Cappadocia and they were incredible in making us feel wonderful at the property. We got lucky to fly with the balloons despite the snow and they made sure to book us a really good ballon flight one day before. They kept us updated on the flights status because it was cancelled each day due to snow. It’s 5 mins away from the city center. The breakfast is great. I fully recommend them and their family for your stay in Cappadocia. Thank you again, for making our time truly special!
