The hotel is new and very clean. We absolutely loved the location❤️ easy to get to and park the car not like the rest of the hotels in the area where the roads are very narrow and up hill. A few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. And best of all the view of the balloons from the roof. The breakfast was beyond amazing 👍🏻

The hotel is set just back from the main intersection in town and thus provides both a quiet yet central location, with free parking on site. All the facilities provided were better than expected including a great bathroom with best shower yet, abundant breakfast options prepared daily and available in the rooftop dining are so as to enjoy the best views each day (great for balloon watching). But the best part for us was the invaluable help from Fatih who escorted us to a local garage and explained our issue to the mechanic and waited with us until it was resolved at a very modest cost. On our arrival and departure, the hotel arranged a pickup shuttle at the door from and to the airports, which were very convenient. Especially when our departure flight was changed, the hotel was able to reschedule our shuttle service. The staff were friendly and helpful with local information and booking local tours. The included breakfasts were awesome. The hotel is located minutes to central Goreme and 3 minutes to the Sunset point where is the best place to look out the balloons 🎈. Also you can watch the balloons flying over on the terrace of the hotel. Highly recommended.
