The place is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the falls, the room is spacious and very well equipped, there is parking for a car. The house has all the necessary equipment, a coffee machine and lots of other things, an excellent breakfast with a varied menu to choose from, but the best thing of all that I mentioned is Diana, the owner of the place. Diana is very generous, warm and helpful with good advice. She makes cakes and cookies every day and makes sure to put a variety of cans of drinks in the fridge. In summary, this is the best place we have experienced so far on our six-night trip in the United States and Canada. Highly recommend the place. Score 10

Very cozy place nearby Clifton Hill. I didn't have a car, but everything works fine. You can reach WEGO Bus Station in 10 min walk. Breakfast option was amazing too!

Housed in a 19th century building in Niagara Falls, Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and parking. All of the rooms with an upper balcony enjoy a view of the Niagara Gorge.

This B&B is well maintained, clean and located close to the falls. You can hop on to the WEGO and visit all the local attractions. The breakfast was excellent and they even prepared special vegetarian breakfast for our vegan family members. Would definitely recommend this B&B.

Very kind, helpful, thoughtful owner. Really appreciate it. I had an issue with the room key, but she helped me figure that out. Also, she prepared breakfast according to my special needs.
