Great location, well within the old quarter so lots nearby. Room was spacious, bed was comfy - new sheets and bedding every day. Staff were super friendly and helped us book Ha Long Bay boat tour and our onward transport. Breakfast was really good too.

M’Gloria is a great boat. The staff are excellent! We really liked Genie. She provided wonderful service and hospitality. The excursion was nice, too. Sam the tour guide has a great sense of humor and played good music.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter so perfect for nightlife and shopping. The staff were fantastic, especially Philip who was amazing and helped to organise everything we needed - SIM cards, HaLong boat trip and onward bus tickets. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel and services.

The hotel is located in the centre of the old town , the staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were modern and well designed and clean . It lived up to expectations.. we also booked a 2 day boat trip to Halong Bay through them and it was well organised and value for money
