A Perfect Alpine Escape – 100% Hassle-Free! Our stay at the Chaletdorf was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first enquiry, the communication was fast, friendly, and professional. Every question we had was answered promptly and in detail — truly five-star service even before arrival! The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the spacious terrace offered breathtaking views — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The online check-in process was incredibly convenient and saved us time upon arrival. We also appreciated that the city tax could be paid directly by card when the host visited — no paperwork or extra steps. The practical door code system was a thoughtful touch, especially for families or groups — no stress about losing keys! Location-wise, it’s a dream: nestled between serene lakes and majestic mountains, with endless possibilities for activities in all weather. Even on rainy days, we enjoyed visits to a nearby citrus garden, local mine tours, an animal park, and a relaxing spa. Simply put, this Chaletdorf is a perfect escape from the everyday. We stayed here for 11 days, and it was a wonderful decision! The host is super nice and helpful. I once asked her if she knows if there is snow on Mölltaler Gletscher, she called them to ask in German and and gave us more useful information location is great - near main roads but quite. A restaurant & supermarket within a walking distance The apartment is huge with excellent facilities such as washing machine, dryer, dish washer & well equipped kitchen

The room was spacious, it all looked newly furnished and it was very clean. The view was amazing - hill on one side, and lake on the other. The breakfast place is so cozy and gives warm vibes. There are various choices for breakfast and it's all delicious! The host was nice and friendly, especially with our kid, which was amazing. Overall, we would recommand this place, and would come again here. :)

Spacious well equipped house with outstanding view of the city. 10 min from Villach city center, peace and quiet, freeway exit very near. Additional services offered by host (home cooked food, domestic eggs...) at very reasonable prices. Unfortunately we did not try any as we had already other arrangements. I would recommend this house and would return.
