Property is located in very nice and peacful street, very nice to sleep, even with open windovs. Landlord has been extra nice and whole her family, she helped us with public transportation and everythink we need. Its 3 minute walk to tram station, groceries are just around the corner. And 2 min walk to very nice playground.

Lovely tasteful apartment in a great location, quiet with many little extras and a fully equipped kitchen, great for staying in Vienna for as long as you like. We really loved our staying in this apartment because the owners are very kind and friendly. We arrived too early for check-in, but Christian gave us the key to leave the baggage. When we came back at 11.30 after breakfast, our room was ready - this is excellent! We stayed in the apartment for 2 - it was very clean and bright, with a small but well-equipped kitchen in it. Inspite of S-Bahn not far, the street is very calm, no noise, we slept well. The location is ideal: it is about 15 minutes to the city center by tram 43, which stops near. And not far from a beautiful forest Neuwaldegg in the suburb. Lidl and Hofer are very close to this place, so you can buy food there and cook in the apartment or go to the cafe (there are a lot of cafes around - and a good place for lunch within two tram stops) And you can get very easily to many interesting places by S-Bahn or bus - such as Schonbrunn or Grinzing. I have been many times in Vienna and lived in different hotels and apartments - and I will definitely stay in Appartements Ferchergasse again, it is one of the best💖.

The apartment is amazing! Clean, organized, and includes everything you need - watching mechin , kitchen with Includes cups, plates, bowls, pots and more. Very large bedrooms with large beds (very comfortable). The apartment owners are lovely! Respond quickly to any request/question! They showed flexibility and willingness to help! highly recommend!

I trully impressed by well-equipped apartment not far away of underground station (max 10 min bus ride). Nice terrace was a huge bonus to enjoy morning coffee. The major advantage of Apricum apartment was parking space at the street line. Anneliese, thank you for your hospitality!✨️
