The owner was responsive, helpful with an issue, and made a great impression by ensuring genuine satisfaction for guests. The room was located in a splendid old house about 5-6 minutes' walk from the main square. There was secure parking and access to the room was straightforward.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with easy access to the city, making it simple to visit all the main attractions. Even before my arrival, the owner kindly sent me detailed information by email about what to see and do in the area, which was extremely helpful. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that my room had been upgraded to a beautiful suite — spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything I could possibly need. Right next to the suite there was a dedicated kitchen, fully equipped and stocked with a fridge containing food, which made the stay even more comfortable. The view from the room was lovely, and I also appreciated the availability of toiletries and hair products. The parking and convenient self check-in made everything smooth and easy. The host gave me a warm welcome and proved to be very kind, even allowing me to stay longer after check-out, which I truly appreciated. We shared a pleasant and interesting conversation in my mother tongue, Italian, but also speaks several other languages including Dutch, French and Russian if I remember properly. I received also recommendations for nearby places just a short walk away for breakfast on top of what available in the kitchen. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. Highly recommended!

Fabulous room! We loved everything. Although we did not meet Serge in person, his communication was outstanding! The most clear and concise instructions for checkin and recommendations for restaurants we have ever had. The room was spacious, warm and cosy. Bed was incredibly comfortable, bathroom was huge with seperate toilet. The decor was gorgeous and even the mugs, cups and saucers were beautiful. Absolutely impossible to fault. We had the best nights sleep, whisper quiet as house set back from the street. Ample secure parking and a stones throw from town. Perfect!

    Very good location for visiting the centre of Mons, close to the Grand Place, bars and restaurants. Very good communication from Serge, the owner. Excellent private parking, safe behind a locked gate (to which you get the access code a day or so before arrival). Very well refurbished 17th century villa.

    The Villa was perfect for my family and I, it was set up ready to be lived in as a home from home. Everything you could have needed was there on hand, from washing up to laundry and more. Fantastic stay and would easily recommend. Ben the owner popped round to sort the bins out for us and he was very welcoming and made sure everything was as needed.
