The apartments are well located, with a very good grocery shop by the entrance. There are bus and tram stops right in front of the entrance, that is very convenient. The studios are great, well space and nicely furnished. The bathroom was spacious, well equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was hardly any noise from outside or from the neighbours (the studi was facing the inner courtyard). The virtual key system worked very well, but there is a learning curve so make sure you read instructions beforehand. Check in was also hassle free. My room was available before the agreed check-in and I could access is late morning. That was a big plus for me, as I was in the area of the studio at the time. Thank you to the Stay KooooK team!

This was, and still is, the most exquisite getaway of my life. Endless gratitude to Sarah, Giuliano, and Jean-Luc for their impeccable hospitality. Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay. A true gem. And the most gracious, elegant hosting team I’ve ever encountered. They even arranged a private boat tour and personally ensured I reached the other side of the lake in comfort and style. Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. Please accept my sincere apologies. Next time, my gratitude will be expressed both personally — and generously.

The apartment was situated at the perfect location for travel, grocery shopping, high end luxury shopping or lake sightseeing. There is a bus stop next to the apartment which made life very easy as we were travelling with kids. The place was in perfect condition. The instructions given were also very clear. Our family had an amazing stay! The host contacted us on the day of the arrival and met us at the villa, showing and explaining everything. The area was amazing - swimming pool, garden, terrace, even our own beach! We also could enjoy our meals together since the kitchen was very spacious. The kids were running around in the garden and we were comfortable knowing that they will not meet any strangers as all the villa was just for us. It was truly an amazing stay which left us with a lot of warm memories. We can't wait to return!
