I was pleasantly surprised by the space in the room. They have put a lot of thought into managing such a small area with maximum utility. The room was well maintained with a lot of storage areas. We enjoyed the common room on the 9th floor to spend the evenings with a coffee. This was my first visit to Geneva and was a last time booking as I did not get Airbnb. But, next time I would directly book at StayKooook. Strongly recommend for staying.

This was, and still is, the most exquisite getaway of my life. Endless gratitude to Sarah, Giuliano, and Jean-Luc for their impeccable hospitality. Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay. A true gem. And the most gracious, elegant hosting team I’ve ever encountered. They even arranged a private boat tour and personally ensured I reached the other side of the lake in comfort and style. Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. Please accept my sincere apologies. Next time, my gratitude will be expressed both personally — and generously.
