From the moment we arrived, Vaa and Joliene, the wonderful hosts who manage the property, welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care that we instantly felt at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our stay was perfect made the experience unforgettable. The property itself is a slice of paradise. Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Every aspect of Are Kapakapa reflects the love and effort that Vaa and Joliene pour into their hospitality. Katrina the daughter of the owners was absolutely unbelievable. There was a few technical issues when we arrived and she had them all sorted with a personal visit. She even took us to the shop to get some groceries, beautiful beautiful place to stay immaculate grounds out the front. There’s a swimming hole channel that’s just a few hundred metres up the beach overall could not fault. Across the road there is a fantastic little coffee shop for breakfast and they do lovely Asian food for dinner. Had the best sausage roll ever. Not really recommend this location and property.

Kathy and Jael are super friendly people! Accomodation is directly situated at a sandy beach with great opportunities for snorkelling. It was breathtaking. Very good cost/performance ratio. The villa comes with a motorbike.

Everything was above and beyond. The outdoor showers were awesome. Great snorkeling out front. Close to a couple places to eat . Can rent Escooters onsite which was awesome. We stayed 3 nights , then 2 nights in One Foot Island and now 2 nights elsewhere on island....I wish we had returned to Etu Moana

Ned and Greta are the best hosts in the Cook Islands anyone could ever ask for. They provide the best service and go out of their way for their guests. The rooms and facilities are the best in comparison to other accommodations on Aitutaki. The place is fully furnished and has everything a home would need. The place definitely feels very warm and "homey", so you will never feel homesick😂 Definitely the best value for your money and I would recommend this accommodation to everyone in the world

Kura was such a fantastic host. Attentive, helpful, friendly and always willing to assist us with lifts, local advice, sorting us out with a scooter etc. Just next level. The property was also wonderful. Clean and kitted out with everything you could want, and the location was ideal too. Will 100% return here when we are next on Aitutaki. Thank you Kura!

The location was great, with lagoon views from the porch, use of kayak and excellent swimming and snorkeling directly in front of the accommodation. Facilities were clean and there was everything you needed to make your own meals. Vaea and Kii were lovely friendly hosts.
