The rooms were ensuite The hostel offered an exceptional breakfast compared to other places we stayed in puerto natales. The hostal was very clean and tidy with really lovely staff who helped when needed. The location is perfect for a 5 min walk into town or walk to the waterfront.. Opposite was a laundry company so very convenient to drop off and pickup.

The hosts are all super nice and helpful! The hostal is at a 20min-walk to the city centre, the room was nice, clean and big enough for our packs. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and functional. The breakfast was also good with a variety of sweet and salty food. Stayed there before and after the W trek and will definitely go back again!

This is an excellent place to stay to explore Torres del Paine National Park. It is located in a serene area overlooking the beautiful sea and mountains. It is also just a short distance away from the Puerto Natales town center, which has plenty of good restaurants to satisfy your needs for gourmet foods. Javier is an excellent host. He is very customer focus and helped to arrange all the tours we needed to explore Torres del Paine National Park. He also did the pick-up and sent-off for us, arranged for our laundry and taxi pick-up to town. He also has a very friendly dog named 'Teo', which greeted you every time you return to the cabin! The cabin is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hot tub is a big bonus to soothe our tired bodies in the evenings after spending a day exploring Torres del Paine National Park! We will definitely stay here again if we visit Puerto Natales again!

Our hosts were very friendly, nice to communicate with them. You have everything what you might need including small thus fully equiped kitchen. The breakfast provided was ruch. Domos are just 10 minutes drive from Puerto Natales centrum. Bonus is the tranquility and nice view.

This was very convenient as we were able to catch up on laundry and cook for ourselves after having been traveling awhile. The bed is very comfortable and there is a heater in the living room. The entire house was clean and tidy.
