The location is excellent as the hotel building is above the shopping mall and also at the exit of the metro line. Other shopping malls are also next door and across the street. Very accessible for food and shopping. Everything is just so convenient for my family as it is our first time in Guangzhou. Staff are very helpful and patient with our various types of questions.

The staff were very friendly - particularly Timmy who went above and beyond and was available whenever he was needed. The breakfast was great and it was included free with the booking. The price was very reasonable - I stayed here during the Canton Fair and it cost me approximately £55 per night. The hotel offered lots of freebies which were also very helpful as I was attending the canton fair so to have free water and snacks like waffles and crackers was very helpful as I was able to take a little packed lunch with me and not spend any extra money while at the fair. The location was also great - we were approximately a 10-15 min drive from the fair. The hotel offered a shuttle bus which was also very much appreciated because it meant I didn’t have to haggle with taxi drivers or try to navigate the metro on my own.

It is near Beijing Road. The room has everthing you need as microwave, wash mashine, iron, refrigerator….ıf you want, The housekeeping cleans the room everyday. The receptions help us very much, especially thanks to one of them but I don’t know his English name. He immediately solves every problem we had although he does not speak english:)
