We absolutely do not regret choosing a hotel, everything was just great. The location is amazing, close to the city center and to the entrance to the park, every morning Rebecca drove us by car where we needed, helped us understand everything, both in buying tickets and in the use of public transport. The hostess and her family are just wonderful, responsive, cheerful, helped to solve all issues. Thanks to them, our vacation was easy and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the park and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was the most amazing vacation! Very, very friendly staff. Lucas has made our staying amazing. He made a convenient route for us in Park, helped with the tickets, transfers there and back to the airport, even when we missed our last park's bus and many many other things. The hotel was clean, and the food was really tasty. Will definitely visit this place again! Thx and xie xie WM team!

The staff specially Mr Chen they are always ready to help.The location also it is the best.,around the corner are the street food and there is a river where u can chill after doing some tour. I was happy i booked this hotel if i will ever go back i will book this hotel again:)

Carol is one of the kindest persons I met while travelling. She is very sweet, always available, with very helpful tips to helps on our journey in Zhangjiajie National Park. The food they cook for us was delicious and maybe the best meals we had in China. It felt like we were part of the family.
