We had a great stay, Jean Luc was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was great with fresh orange juice. We had bikes with us and they could be parked at his private garage. Great value for money!

I recently stayed in a beautiful apartment in Epernay and I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The host, Marjorie, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She even kept an item for us that we had forgotten, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself exceeded all our expectations - it was more spacious than we had imagined and the building was absolutely stunning. Marjorie explained very clearly how to access the apartment, making the whole process very smooth. Although the bathroom could have been better ventilated, we didn't find this overly bothersome considering the impressive age of the building. The only minor downside was that Epernay itself may not have been as special as we had expected, but it did serve as a great base to explore the beautiful surroundings. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to explore the region. Thank you Marjorie for a wonderful stay and we hope to return one day!

Great place to stay for self-catering and exploring the city and vicinity. Very comfortable beds. The indoor spa directly next to the bedroom is fantastic. At night all equipment is silent. We also loved the practical details like champagne goblets in hard plastic, so this is safe when you're in the water. There are also "real" glasses :-) in the kitchen. About 5-10 minutes walking distance to the town center is ok, parking was possible directly in the street in front of the door, free of charge. Cedric and his partner were very nice and helpful hosts. Definitely a place to come back to when we are in Epernay.

    We loved our stay in this charming Villa right on the Ave de Champagne but away from the crowds, we were treated like family and the breakfast was beautiful. ‘Agitate” our hostess was just delightful & made us so welcome. The champagne tasting was excellent. We loved our stay here!

    Cossy rooms, nice and antique style room set up. Excelent breakfast. Owner very helpful - has proposed us options for taxi (a must when all drivers are testing champagne :)), for champagne houses, for restaurants, for places and villages around, for the the best Reims biscuits :).     Location is great, apartment is quite large with ample of space for two. Bathroom freshly refurbished, all to a very good standard. Parking very easy, facilities great for a short term stay. The host was very helpful and responsive via messages

    Our room (perhaps no.4?) was spacious. There was a very comfortable bed, a sitting room with coffee & tea and a large bathroom. Aÿ-en-Champagne is an amazing village in the middle of the Champagne region. It was quiet (unlike Reims) and easy to walk around. There are several good restaurants in the area, some of which can be easily walked to. Dominick and Valerie are superb hosts and gave us lots of good tips on what to do and see during our brief visit.
