Good position for a trip to the moors as well as to York. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with everything as advertised for a person with a disability. The breakfasts were outstanding & the host very friendly. The onsite restaurant was very good too.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations if I could give it a 100 I really would it had everything you could want for I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a relaxing weekend away or even a week like we did.. bouns points for the log burner it added a special touch we loved it so so much will 100% be returning.     Great location. Secluded but within a short drive or walk to the main village. Quiet and comfortable. Adequate room to relax. Kitchen with enough appliances and kitchenware if you wanted to cook daily. Within good distance of good quality restaurants. Clean and warm with a good shower to clean up after a good stromp over the moors.
