We just came back from Casa di tre mare and we have beautiful memories(my sister and I with our families-three adults and four children).We rested and recharged our batteries like never before in Greece,in a quiet area of Nea Kalikratia, far from the city noise . The house is perfectly equipped, as if someone lives there, in the kitchen there are three coffee machines, a toaster for sandwiches, a food chopper, new dishes,both bedrooms have air conditioning,there is an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, toilet seat adapter for babies etc etc. We spent most of our time in the yard, which is very cozy. The hosts Christy and George are wonderful people who try hard to make people feel good in their accommodation and are always available for all questions and concerns. It's a little further from the beach, it wasn't a problem for us because we're certainly not fans of city beaches, so we went to Sahara beach every day, which is great for children. In all it's great accommodation with excellent price/quality ratio and we will definitely come back again.

The stay was excellent and everything went well. The premises were neat and tidy and everything was ready for our arrival, and I would like to praise the fact that they allowed us to check in to the apartment earlier. It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and the huge terrace was a perfect addition to it. The building is located in a quiet area and is very close to the beach and Central Square.

The property was really close to the beach, like 2-3 mins away. We had a great sea view. The property was away from the crowded places so it was quiet but not so far because in 5 mins of walking we reached to the restaurants and tavern and also 10 mins away from the Orthdox Church and the square where you could buy clothes and souvenir. The owner, Sasha, was very nice and helped us with anything we needed.

We had a nice extended weekend in the Epavli hotel. It is a very nice place, with great location in the center of Nea Kallikratia. It is literally one minute walk from the beach. The room was very clean, and the view is great! There are a lot of stores, bars and restaurants nearby, so you don't need to use car.

The apartment is wonderful, great location, close to Sahara and the city beach, right across from the hospital and Discount Market. Beautiful ambiance, meticulously and neatly arranged, the hosts paid attention to every little thing inside. Fully equipped kitchen, even in the bathroom a large selection of shower gels. The hosts are very kind. Highly recommended, we would come back again with pleasure.
