Amazing hospitality, really felt home . Everyone is so welcoming and smiling , I joining a ceremony with the whole family which was strong exp for me. The mama kept offering me bananas or mandarins and checking that I feel good. The neighbourhood is local and green, with just 10 min from central Ubud . My room was great, bid comfy bed, toilet and bath, patio with chars and table . Fridge was available. There's a guide notebook in english about places to visit + explanation. Best value for price ! I will come back for sure Terim Kasih, suksama ! 💙💚🙏🙏🙏

The Nau Villa Ubud hotel was the first hotel we stayed in in Bali. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for five nights. We say it from now on, the best hotel we have been to in Bali and... in other countries... in addition to the quality-price ratio! What makes this place special, above anything else, is its staff! Each one of them! They have made us feel at home and we didn't want to leave there! Constant attention, kindness, education, any questions or information we needed were resolved immediately. Special mention to Kadek always very happy and helpful! (who picked us up at the airport, waiting for us for more than two hours due to a plane delay and found us a place to have dinner because it was already very late and most of the restaurants were already closed. Another day we took a great excursion with he); to Yogi, very jovial (Paella) and very sweet in his treatment as well as very professional in his attention to us; and finally, to Katut, a person who transmits kindness and serenity at all times, who was always attentive to any need we had and with whom we made an unforgettable excursion! Thanks for everything! Regarding the hotel facilities, the place is wonderful, surrounded by rice fields, with absolute tranquility only "disturbed" by the sounds of the animals that live in nature. A corner of peace. It is also close to Ubud (30 min) and many places of interest. The villas are perfectly equipped, with all the necessary details, to make your stay unforgettable! They each have a private pool with views of nature, which is truly incredible! And another very strong point of Nau Villa Ubud is its food! It's very very good! The Nasi Goreng they prepare is the best we have eaten during our stay in Bali! And the breakfasts are incredible! I could continue saying good things about the hotel but I wouldn't finish!! The service is very nice, they try to make your stay as great as possible. If you need anything, ask Mario, he has very good advice and can help with everything! We had an absolutely incredible stay at this villa in Bali. The villa is beautifully furnished with a spacious, spotless bedroom, an immaculate bathroom, and an infinity pool offering breathtaking views of the tropical jungle. It is a true haven of peace, completely private and without any overlooking. The facilities are perfect: efficient air conditioning, ambient lighting, complete dishware, a fridge with freezer, a functional kitchenette, and comfortable loungers for relaxing by the pool. The hosts have thought of everything, including adapters and a kettle for our convenience. Every day, the cleaning was done meticulously, leaving the villa in impeccable condition. The bed is exceptionally comfortable; we slept like babies, lulled by the soothing sounds of the surrounding nature. The loungers and outdoor dining tables are perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while admiring the stunning scenery. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. They welcomed us very late on the first night, at 1 AM, with a smile. Every day, they offered hot meals delivered directly to the villa, which was a real plus for us. The wifi connection is excellent, and although we didn’t use the television, it is available along with a desk. In short, this villa is a true gem, offering a lush immersion in the heart of Bali. The comfort of home in an idyllic setting. We couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and luxurious nature.

We really had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, very comfortable, and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure we felt welcome.
