A warm welcome by Geraldine, giving us tea and scones making us feel at home right from the start. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom where spotless. The cooked breakfast is wonderfully prepared by Joe and Geraldine and extra wishes are fulfilled to full satisfaction. Selection of cereals, fresh fruit and selection of spreads round things off nicely. Geraldine and Joe are wonderful and went the extra mile, making our stay memorable. Very warm welcome despite having arrived early. Great recommendation for coffee in the village until check in was possible. Hilarious and welcoming host offered tea at the fireside and very nice rooms. The house is beautiful restored and the breakfast magnificent.
