We had an amazing experience at this guesthouse. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond by offering a complimentary pickup from the bus stand and welcoming us with tea and coffee. What stood out was the unbeatable value for money - the rooms were fantastic considering the affordability. The cleanliness exceeded Indian standards, and the host and staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location, right next to the fort, with a magnificent view from the rooftop. They also arranged an overnight desert trip at a fair price, which we recommend. For a budget traveller, this place is the perfect choice.

Everything was perfect. Our room got upgraded to the suite (beautiful rooms) and the staff including Sahil, Papu & Mehrab was sweet, helpful and did everything to make our stay & tours comfortable. Sahil (the hotel owner) arranged desert tours and camel rides which was authentic and a great experience. We also tried to cook fresh local mutton with Sahil & Mehrab on the rooftop with open fire and it tasted amazing. I can fully recommend this place and I will visit this place again next time I am in Jaisalmer.

They hav kept their hotel very neat and clean. The receptionist was very humble and advised me of different places to visit. Price is cheap compared to other hotels but the service is the best. Their roof top ambience is awesome. And the food quality, quantity and taste is also the best ... I had been to an AC restaurant expecting the best food but they failed to satisfy the customer though it's rated top in Google. So you can compare the top rated in Google with The wonderlust and the most beautiful thing is the jaisalmer fort view from the roof top. Colorful carpets, dolls and other Designs and sit-outs and full of greenery with a lot of plants. I stayed only for one day but after checkout left my baggage for next day and collected it next day evening and they are happy to provide any service which you request . Post checkout the receptionist asked me spend my time on roof top and I didn't feel like getting up from that place though i had to catch the next commute to another city. I recommend others as it a bit more than value for money. I should not miss this point.... They gave me very early checking facility as I reached 6 hours before. So I am very thankful to them. Thank you

The hotel is a building from the 15th century centrally located in the middle of the living fort. It is run by a family of super nice and welcoming people who are happy to meet whatever wish you might have. We stayed in the Maharaja's room and must say that we have never stayed in such a beautiful and well-preserved historic place before. Even staying in the room felt relaxing to us. The son of the owner runs architectural tours of Jaisalmer’s fort for guests, this is highly recommended as the guide is knowledgeable and enjoys what he does. In addition, the hotel offers a rooftop with a view over the Jain temples where breakfast (Indian or international) is served or where you can make yourself cosy. We recommend trying the Indian version, as it is delicious freshly prepared and different every day. On the day of our departure, we left late in the evening and the hotel offered us a guest room and arranged a tuk-tuk ride. The overall experience was outstanding as we have never experienced this combination of domestic hospitability, historical authenticity and a relaxing atmosphere.
