Fantastic. Location was amazing. All staff were amazing. Directly across from train station so ideal location for exploring Matera, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare or even further. It is located on the corner of the main shopping street and about 8 min walk to Bari old town which is wonderful. Dont be put off by the slightly dreary entrance. When you reach the reception on the 3rd floor all will be revealed. Reception is bright and airy with free coffee making facilities at all times. Rooms are spotless with lovely decor. There is a fridge in the room. Also air conditioning and a fan. The shower is one of the best I have ever experienced! There is a small balcony where you can observe the night life. Breakfast is delivered each morning to your door. You choose what you want from a list and what time you would like it delivered and leave in reception the night before. Loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend. Missing it already!

This was a very comfortable stay in a huge , spotlessly clean and bright room , perfect for accessing the airport. It was lovely to stay in a family run establishment and their passion for providing a good service to guests shone through from excellent communication to a very early morning trip to drop us off at the airport. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome gifts appreciated .

The place is proper for 4 persons, although is quite small. Very clean and you have all you need for a nice stay. The condominium is quiet. Also, is close to 2 mercato and so many pizzeria and osteria. 20 minutes walk from the fortress The host was attentive, he check it with us durintg our stay to ensure everything is going well.

We did spend 3 day 2 nights at here. The staff is really kind, the owners speak English, and really friendly, provided us with guides, and helped us to get around the city. The beach is really close by, only a 5 minute walk. The rooms were super clean. We arrived a bit early and left a bit later but the owners were super flexible with us, just talk to them about it before you arrive. Only problem was that we didn't find the place first, a little sign would be helpful at the gate, that you are there. 5/5 stars.

    Great property! Very aristocratic, big rooms, wonderful pool, meeting all our expectations. There is big supermarket nearby, nice places for dinner, proper public transport, by taxy the cost is around 10-15 Euro to the city center. The host was very kind and supportive and answered all our questions. He managed to react quickly enough when we had our flight delayed and needed one more night to stay there. Highly recommend the villa!

    Everything was perfect for a holiday.Quiet location surrounded by greenery, but with good connections to Bari (10 minutes) and the highway. Villa with large indoor and outdoor spaces, new, with all amenities and with two fully equipped bathrooms. Comfortable double beds. Well-equipped kitchen.The host was very kind.
