Great location, amazing view, peaceful and quiet, very nice hosts and a very welcoming nice dog, a beautiful apartment that made you feel home from the first moment. Very clean, perfectly equipped, even enjoyed cooking in the very well equipped kitchen. We had a holiday 12/10 at Aria di Collina.

We loved Procchio! The views were superb, everything was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The friendliness of locals in also in the restaurants surprised us very positively. A nice place to visit again! And if we will go back there we definitely will stay at the Hotel Villa VillaColle! The rooms were exceptionally artistic, good beds, very clean, modern toilets/showers and the whole house looked inviting already from the yard.

Everything, the rooms are very modern and have everything you need. Barbara is the best host you could ask for always able to help with any requests or needs. At first I was a little scared because I thought this deal is a little too good to be true. I was really flashed when I arrived tho, It’s a wonderful appartment and it looks even nicer than on the pictures. It’s clean, and the location is really great. It’s 7 minutes away from the beach and pretty much in the middle of the old town. The owner of the place was super nice and attentive. We had a wonderful stay in the scalinata, and we would love to come here again.

The place is beautiful, everything modern and high end, room is beautiful and soft colored, very well fitted spacious and the bathroom perfection Luciana and maurizio are the most kindest people you would ever meet. Meeting them was the epitome of the stay. They have dinner nights with an amazing chef def worth a try. And let s not forget the heated pool super!!
