Unforgettable Stay: Just Like a Summer Movie! I absolutely loved my stay at this place. The evenings were incredibly peaceful, allowing me to sleep with the window open and enjoy the fresh air without any disturbance from city noises. I truly felt like the star of a summer vacation movie by the sea. The accommodation was cozy and exceptionally pleasant, with impeccable cleanliness that immediately stood out. The host was extremely friendly and courteous, always available and ready to help with any situation. The location is incredibly peaceful – it’s a true retreat away from the noise of daily life, allowing for deep relaxation surrounded by Elba’s natural beauty. Waking up to such tranquility was a highlight of our stay. Additionally, the hosts were exceptional – they were available for any questions, offering assistance whenever needed, while giving me complete privacy to enjoy the property. This was such a memorable experience that we already plan to return. I highly recommend Aria di Collina to anyone visiting Elba. It’s an absolute gem!

We loved every minute of our stay at Casa Campanella Resort! We stayed in the Sweet Bella Vista apartment which has a very spacious terrace with a private jacuzzi. The view from the jacuzzi on Capoliveri is absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The park exudes warmth and coziness, with a lovely bar, a delightful swimming pool, and exceptionally well-maintained grounds, rarely have we seen such care and attention! Host Francesco and his family/staff were all very kind and really made us feel at home. They all know what true hospitality really means. Capoliveri is a charming village with typical streets with many shops, bars and restaurants. The whole area is amazing.

At first I was a little scared because I thought this deal is a little too good to be true. I was really flashed when I arrived tho, It’s a wonderful appartment and it looks even nicer than on the pictures. It’s clean, and the location is really great. It’s 7 minutes away from the beach and pretty much in the middle of the old town. The owner of the place was super nice and attentive. We had a wonderful stay in the scalinata, and we would love to come here again.
