From the moment we arrived everything was great. Somebody parked our car and the luggage was already taken to our room. The front staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms looked way better then on the photos. It was super spacious and had everything we needed. We booked a private onsen, the spa is not super big but the views are amazing! The diner was experimentally good and also here the staff was super friendly. The

Because my partner and I arrived late, they communicated with us ahead of time and insured that we had information for entering the property and parking without needing to stop by their main hotel for check-in. Very comfortable bed, great views and great location close to Ōboke train station, easy to get to. Traditional Japanese house. I recommend taking part in kayaking activities as well.

Meals were excellent, the onsen was very nice and relaxing. The hotel has everything one needs, and the atmosphere is very hospitable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The little town is tranquil and nice.
