The facilities were exceptional with a nice LARGE bath, plenty of room and a fully equipped kitchen. Owner was very caring and filled the fridge with delicious local food, including the legendary Okayama Pione grape. Will come again next time we need to stay at Okayama!

Nice guesthouse in traditional Japanese style. The owner is very courteous and helpful. It is located in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood, but quite far from the city center and the park and castle. Very clean, both the room (spacious) and the shared toilets and showers. A wonderfully spacious apartment above an optometry shop, stand alone building so no noise from neighbours, one of the only we've ever stayed in while travelling Japan. The tatami room was incredibly comfortable and spacious for 3 of us and the seperate area for bathing and laundry was great :) we can't thank our beautiful host enough for her kindness, she was truly amazing and went above and beyond for our stay. Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu ^•^

It's close to Okayama station, only 2-3mins walk from 西口. The room is bigger comparing to other properties. I love the separated beds, the bath tub is also in good size for taking a shower. There are utensils provided in kitchen. Also there's a washing machine. It's quiet even though it's not far from the train station. I'll definitely choose this property again when I travel to Okayama in future.
